Constructed of strong polypropylene and featuring full cushioning and marine-grade vinyl upholstering, it is built tough. With a standard 7" mounting base it is perfect for use with Quick Disconnect Grey Universal Adaptor or the Springfield Seat Clamp and Swivel to give a moveable, highly functional, comfortable and hard-wearing seating option. Its ability to fold it down means that when not in use, you can simply fold it in half for easy storage. Perfect for use in tinnies with use of a clamp or seat mount, or on a pedestal in larger boats. Plus, it is far more comfortable than a standard, moulded un-cushioned seat for when you spend a long day on the water. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blueline Tinnie Seat incompatible with screws/hardware supplied with Springfield seat clamp/swivel Product seems ok although the 8 gauge screws supplied with the Springfield seat clamp/swivel do not suit the Blueline Tinnie Seat which requires 12 gauge. I took both items back to my local store to discuss but was told the Blueline Tinnie Seat was bottom of the range and no alternative screws were available. Was told to check for suitable screws at Bunnings - they had nothing in 12g stainless. Was able to locate suitable hardware on ebay but overall disappointed with the incompatibility, run around and delays.
