The Squidgy Bug has been around for a number of years, and was originally designed to be used unweighted, or very lightly-weighted and presented on top. The action that the tail gives, when slowly worked across the surface is brilliant. Many a fish has found it very hard to resist.
This same bug can be rigged on a heavier jig and fished on the bottom, as the throbbing tail will create excitement down deep as well as on top. So whether it’s on the top, bottom or in mid-water, it drives fish absolutely crazy.
This wind-resistant soft plastic will have you pulling fish from submerged oyster racks and rock bars to shallow water weed beds, and down to the depths of dams, lakes and bays in both fresh and saltwater. The black gold colour is a stand-out.
