The 130mm Squidgy is the size to use if you are chasing big fish like mulloway, kingfish, snapper, amber jacks, GTs, mangrove jacks, bass, yellowbelly and Murray cod. It is a very versatile soft plastic, and it can be worked on the surface, through snags, over rock bars, and deep water.
The ribbing on this soft plastic can be filled up with your favourite scent, so when the soft plastic is worked through the water, the smell will not only attract the fish, but will make the fish either suck it in further or hang onto it longer.
Try anchoring over your favourite reef or bit of structure, and start feeding the lightly-weighted soft plastic out through the berley trail. You never know what will scream off with it, maybe the snapper of a lifetime!
