This is a pre-rigged soft plastic that has a tough, yet soft outer body that matches the life-like swimming action. It comes complete with the secure I-Bolt holographic swimming flash foil, with bold life-like eyes. The undercut chin shape will allow the soft plastic to sit upright while resting on the bottom, enabling the paddle-shape tail to move around slightly in the current.
