Wanderer Camphike Self Inflating Mat
This mat has straps and no bag so is good for hiking. I bought both this one and the Camp 38 and recommend spending that bit more and getting the 38. There's no comparison between the two.

It's a balloon with a bit of foam in it.
Don't waste your money.
The sleeping mat has only one chamber and no structure to it at all.
Normally when you use a self inflating air mattress you are able to add additional air to adjust the firmness of the mat to suit your comfort. As this mat us no structure to it, when you add air it just keeps inflating like a balloon. If you added enough air it would end up looking like a sausage.
This creates a major issue for 2 reasons. The foam inside is not firm enough to be comfortable without adding additional air, when you add some air and lay on it the air just moves around like a poorly inflated water bed.
By worth the effort, I shall be returning mine tomorrow and looking at the more expensive alternatives. If it's too expensive just run the simple foam mat, it'll be a better nights rest. Thankfully I only made it as far as a trial run at home.
(I've backpacked for a decade so have enough experience to know it's not worth it and I'm only a small guy so its not discomfort related to my weight or size.)
