Not the best drink bottle thats for sure
This bottle has great grip, BUT that's about it, they leak if laid down, they are hard to get water out of you have to really suck hard to get water out of them and even than its not much if you squeeze then as u suck they pour water out of the seal all down your front, all in al I cant recommend these at all very disappointed
